It's not difficult

If you email them as well (not instead of) , add your own email address to the list of recipients so it's delivered to you as well , as proof of delivery (not proof of sending)

Again , it's not difficult , it's all common sense

I'll update today about the hearing
Es parking rep attended
We went in to court room
Claimant started putting his case forward 
Stating they have a valid contract with the area

But the judge started checking the land contract finding an error on the street name
Instead of ***** crescent it said *****grove on the land contract
The judge said she cant take the case any further due to the wrong address on the contract.
Es parking should have had the case ready today
And the judge also said the signage is poor.

"CASE DISMISSED" WERE THE WORDS OF THE JUDGE

Es parking requested appeal or adjournment
Judge refused saying it shouldve been ready today theyve had plenty of time.

No costs awarded as es parking said its excessive and no loss of income.
Only travel costs was awarded
Es parking requested leave 
15mins and the nightmare was over...
