As long as you did it sometime before today, that's fine.

You can try, but nothing is guaranteed for time input. But this comes much later on around Witness Statement time (2-3 weeks before the hearing).

Litigant in Person rate @ £19 per hour - but there aren't many that have been allowed much more than 4-5 hours; most have been rejected.

You should get (max of) £95 for half a day's pay (take pay slips to prove) plus travel costs - 45p per mile, or train/bus costs, plus, if appropriate, parking costs.

You won't be able to retire on any awarded costs!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This should be covered in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2. Please look there.

You will be directed by the court on what to do in the Directions Questionnaire. Check out the reference in the above sticky.

As Umkomaas has said, you really do have to read post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.

You have been given links to that thread.

All the questions you are asking are answered there.

That's the whole point of that thread - to save you having to ask for directions at every turn.

Don't you think it would be mentioned in post #12 above if you were to send anything with your Defence?
