No filling in any defence, not on line and not on paper either0 -
Sorry am confused do i not fill in the court defence paper0

Es parking have provided picture of my vehicle in the ticket letters.
The situation is there are 2 extra parking bays in my close.
For the past 18years residents including myself have been using those spaces when needed e.g tradesmen or visitors visiting
Recently without any warning to the residents the housing association instructed Es parking to ticket if anyone uses those bays without a permit.
We had no idea of the change0 -
No you don't, already told you what to do online and by email, do them regardless, same as everyone elseSorry am confused do i not fill in the court defence paper
Then start drafting the defence in word or similar on a laptop ready for posting on here for critique
If you don't do as we ask then you may regret it, because these are the usual advice replies we tell everyone that comes here0 -
Ok
I'll search on that when i get home.
Just another question wouldnt the courts order me to pay up if i dont file a defence within 14days.0
