    Hi all,
Did I won the case completely? 🥹🥹Please see point 2.

    Claimant not attending?

That seems remarkably arrogant, are they trying to minimise their hours and costs?

Perhaps they understand they are on for a spanking!

    Edit to add:

Read it all, you've been strong, well done👍👏

The husband's mobility issues are relevant because there is an Equality Act 'disabled passenger setting down' element in this case.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

He is not disabled but has ongoing issues with his knees. But at the time he was having great difficulties in walking.

That meets the definition of a protected characteristic (Equality Act 2010).
