I'd remove 11,16 and 19 which for various reasons are not needed in your case. Then re-number.

Make sure you have the correct headings at the top of the defence, and your signature and date at the bottom.

Add to your current para 12 that due to the lack of double red lines, the areas where the car was briefly photographed do not appear to be part of a limited 'no stopping zone' if indeed the Airport owners have authorised this regime to operate.

    See my pm.

Save the WS & evidence for later (due to your pressing circumstances) and send the covering email I advised.

Thank you. Just quick update. Unfortunately, my son is not very well and currently admitted at the hospital. The good news is he slept well last night so I got some sleep. I've got my laptop with me so cracking on with the defence. I will amend the defence as advised above.

    Dear all,
Please kindly see my final defence. Any further advice? If this is good to be submitted, I will email the defence with the cover email as advised by @Coupon-mad
    Thank you

Just to confirm, due to her baby son's medical issue this week, I advised this OP to just get the defence in (as ordered by the court) and put a covering email asking for Directions for filing & serving WS and evidence.

I’ve got this email from DCBL. Should they email me their defence as per the court order? All I’ve received from them is a questionnaire attached below.

Also it says xxxx under the defendant.  Should I respond to them?

Do not use an N180 form sent to you by the claimant as it may be part filled in to their advantage and your detriment.
Either use one sent to you by the courts or download one and use that.

I believe the guide to court in the NEWBIES and the twelve-step guide in the template defence thread tell you what to do with your N180 form.

As VCS (represented by DCB Legal*) are the Claimant, why would you expect them to send you a defence?

Follow the 12 steps as mentioned above.

    * As VCS are using a legal representative, all comms to the Claimant should go to their legal rep.

And in those '12 steps' already mentioned, surely you have seen...

What do you think that means?
