    (d) there should never have been a CCJ at all because you tried to pay the sum ordered by the court, within the 30 days that the Order allows.  You were not admitting liability
     have I got this right?? 

    I tried to make the payment after I received the default judgement. I abroad when I received the claim form dated 27/1/22 and default judgement dated 18/2/22. On the default judgement (dated 18/2/22) notes it talks about the registering judgement in the public register and will be removed if I pay it in 30days. Which I did and was removed.

    Oh dear!! I am running out of time and my heart beating so fast.... 
    But this was issued within the 30 days following the claim form.

    I think I now understand!!! SORRY. DCBL should not apply for writ within 30 days of the claim form..
