Thank you. Since I have not emailed to DCBLegal my WS and draft order initially, I will email them separately and another one with the supplementary WS to Southend court.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT. I will now have to prepare my draft defence, but this only have to take with to the hearing if incase the judge as for it right?

    Yes, that is correct.

No saying the signs are clear, they CAN'T be, because no-one would agree to pay £100 for an Airport pick up.

Did you find a way to save the recorded phone call and can get that to DCBLegal and the court?

    Thank you.

Should I mention about the signs in the witness statement, which I have not yet mentioned thinking this has to be in the draft defence? Or should I talk in my WS RE: the 1 of 3 PCN where I was fined for dropping off in an entrance to a shop where there was no red line?

Yes, I have converted to WAV file and ready to be emailed.

The WS is in support of your application.  Nothing to do with the PCNs or signs.

Make sure that goes with a covering note including the claim number and hearing date/time and marked as 'telephone recording - appellant's evidence for hearing' or the court will possibly misfile it.

@Coupon-mad Thank you. I phoned the southend county court enquiry line as I have not received an automated email following my email. The lady advised that it should be received if this is sent to the right address. She advised me to contact the court again on Monday to confirm. I also enquired about the audio records, she advised that they prefer emails. Should I still post to court and claimant? (They are ready to be posted).

With regards to emails, send them to yourself as well.
It is not unheard of for PPCs, especially this one, to state they never received correspondence. If the court received it and you received it, then on the balance of probabilities the claimant received it.

Do remember to send the durable medium by first class post from a Post Office counter and do ensure you get the all-important proof of posting. It wouldn't hurt to take photos of the memory stick going in the addressed envelope either.

Unless you can save the audios on a file that you can attach to an email, you MUST post these. Today, first class at a PO counter, and ask for a 'free certificate of posting' for both letters and KEEP them for the hearing in case DCBLegal say it didn't arrive.

    DO NOT SEND SIGNED-FOR!

DO NOT POP THEM IN A POST BOX WITH NO CERTIFICATE OF POSTING.

And don't wait till Monday. If you didn't get an auto-acknowledgement the court says 'always' arrives then it isn't with them.

If you used hotmail, send it again using a better email account that won't go to spam.
