    You needed to email DCBLegal stating what I carefully set out.

    Emails for them are all over the forum, including info@dcblegal.co.uk and paul@ and danielle@ and shaunagh@

    That's assuming those names are still 'working' there, which they were recently.
    But it says ‘Dcb legal ltd’ on the letter

    I have got this letter today. Are they asking to forward the email to reports@dcbltd.com or wanting my maternity evidence ? 

    Please advice?

    You have previously made them aware of your condition - yes? They are requesting proof of your statement, such proof to be sent by post or to that email address.

    Is that not obvious? Or is baby-brain kicking in? :) 

    (Whether you're obliged to send such proof I don't know, sorry)

    However they acknowledged they got an email but never got a response for that email yet.

    That's not DCBLegal, which is who you need to hear from as to whether their client will consent to set aside.

    That's not the right company to be talking to this week, albeit useful perhaps to keep them held back on a leash if you decide to go for a set aside without consent.
