Do not send any more via bank transfer. You can never, never, never reclaim this. If you do decide to do more, make it traceable (cheque or whatever) with covering letter. Can't believe you bank transferred.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

What does that mean? If they hear nothing from the other party in 3 months they'll remove it from your file?
No. The incident remains on file
It means that until 3 months have elapsed it's considered a fault claim.
So any existing NCD is reduced
If there's no claim made then the NCD will be reinstated, and the claim marked as no fault
Though should a claim materialize later and is successful then the NCD would be impacted, and the claim again be a fault claim0 -
