SVS Securities - shut down?
Comments

The fact that they don't answer the phone is reason enough not to be a client of theirs. They have had 3 months notice of the large on boarding exercise. What a shambles.0

I've phoned and emailed LC - no response
I've phoned and emailed ITI - no response
I've raised a query 'ticket' - no response
Has anyone been able to trade in any of their SVS holdings? I.e. sell them?
Has anyone received money from ITI?
Is the whole thing a scam or just a shambles?
All I want is to sell everything and recover the proceeds as well as the cash. Until I can do that LC have not done their job.
Any help gratefully received2 -
Withdrawing from ITI from the initial temporary login without "on boarding" ID checks
Has anyone succeeded in reaching Step3 in the "How to withdraw" process?
I've done Step2 this afternoon and on the "Account Details" page there's now this message:
You request for closing ITI account has been sent successfully.
We will get back to you soon
Current Status:
Processing
(And, yes, there is a spelling mistake in the text!)

I have tried to sell one my holding but the screen become become inactive, just shows buy/sell but nothing happen. As I said before I have active Phenix account but it is nothing to do with the old svs account. You canot trasfer holding from one account to another, So my question remains why the people want to open Phenix account.
Please please tell me may be I am missing something here. I would very greatfull if someone clearify for my simple brain.
Thanks1 -
