Has anyone made contact with the (financial) press over the current state of affairs?

I have a phoenix account showing all my shares correctly. Is it active ? How would I know ? And if it's not what do I do to make it active ? 

How did you get to the connected Phoenix account? Did you just follow the link 'My porfolio > Create Phoenix Account' and click on the button at the bottom? That hasn't worked for me.

Leonard Curtis tell me that 90% have received their on boarding email.
I asked them how many actually have access and can trade?
A pretty simple question I thought but I can't seem to get a straight answer.

I know that I  can't trade shares and I was amongst the first group of on boarding 11 days ago. 3 of the 4 accounts are still "pending" ( or 5 if you include the Phoenix account).

The danger is that the FCA get involved and stop this whole sorry affair before we've had chance to move our accounts.....more delays. 

I would suggest holding off until your account is moved and then a letter to the FCA with a link to this website.

Absolute disaster this transfer.
Completed on boarding 9 days ago, still showing one account in progress.
ITI hung up on me twice, LC emails just burying their heads in the sand.
ITI do not call back, do not answer emails its a total shambles.
What due diligence did LC do to ensure they were up to the task before them ? They knew what was coming.
Got through to ITI tonight got second account on boarded was assured I could then open up Phoenix, guess what - failed.
Did not realise Vodafone and Lloyds had gone bust as have no value LOL.
I have had enough and an requesting transfer out.

Not sure about this, filled in a cash withdrawal form yesterday morning and emailed it to them ,this afternoon received an email stating they needed a recent bank statement before they would release my funds.  I've passed their security checks and the bank details provided are for my own personal account. There is nothing on the form about needing to provide a bank statement, in an  age of digital transfers this whole process seems very outdated.

It is on the nomal account not 9n Phenix
Ifanyone has able to trade please rell us how you did it or if you have managed to transfer your holding from the svs account to phenix account.

I've got the same - my Vodafone shares show 0 value
