I have created a ticket for Phoenix account creation on 1st Aug and it hasn’t been a auctioned yet by the support centre.

Is this the correct procedure or can I somehow create the account myself.
my isa is sitting at on boarding accepted and my trading account on boarding submitted?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can honestly say this is the most difficult of all trading platforms I've used!
    It's for professional traders.
All we  need is  simple  buy/sell, stock symbol ,qty price, order type , submit

Might be worth all of us asking LC to ask ITI for a document on trading with them. Common questions so far are -
Do we need Phoenix to trade our existing holdings ?
Would Phoenix show all our holdings once its on-boarded ?
Is there a simplified interface for people who don't want to use Phoenix ?
What are the charges for using Phoenix / Additional fees / subscriptions ?

Phoenix IS just a trading platform.  You can Create a Phoenix account ( with yet another user number and a new password) providing you have an account which is marked " on boarding approved".

Once the Phoenix account is created using the " create Phoenix account" option ,  they send an email with the new user name ( ITITI xxxxx and a temporary password.).  The email contains a link to the Phoenix login screen. Logon , give a few more details and change the temporary password.

As I mentioned earlier,  ITI then need to approve the Phoenix account.....48 hours they reckon  ( yeah! ).
I have the status 'Onboarding approved' but when I go to the create Phoenix account page, fill it in with currency etc.. and then click 'Create Account' it does the spinning dots on the create account button for a while then pops up a small error window. So I can't start the clock on the 48 hours approval system (Hang on - 48 hours .... where have I heard that before?)

I believe that ITI Capital is for sophisticated traders. It bought the SVS client book to grow its FX platform and it has got a whole bunch of XO price sensitive clients. It can't cope with them and indeed lots will leave, (which is probably what iti wants). What is interesting is how swiftly they will be at transferring out all the acounts. Will they be hopeless or super efficient and consumer focused? I know my view.
