The joint account in 2 names only defaulted to one name when you went through the onboarding system (responded to the email with id and password they gave you in the email they sent) .  You could not add the joint name.  You only had one gender and DOB.

I haven’t received mine either. Their phone goes straight to voicemail and they don’t reply to emails. I’ve emailed LC, don’t know what else to do but wait!

My Phoenix account is shown as pending (and my account on-boarded 11 days ago is still marked as only being submitted).

I created my Phoenix account from within the log in pages of the ITI account.  Note, I have another login ID & password for Phoenix. These were generated when I created a Phoenix account.


When I log on to my new Phoenix account , account number PX12345 (obviously not my account number) I see this.

I understand our accounts are held in a big database. Phoenix is linked to ones's accounts directly.  When Phoenix is up and running it should update prices and feed these prices into  the holdings shown in our accounts...until then, the share prices in one's accounts are  erroneous.

Well, that's my understanding and if anyone knows more, please let us know!

Isn't Phoenix just a trading platform to sell shares from your SCnnnnnn accounts?

Well I have been trying to create a Phoenix account for the last few hours and it just times-out. Have tried ringing both the 8010 number (just drops the line) nd the 8001 number goes on forever without being answered. Have logged a query ticket (probably a waste of effort). On that screen, they show a Whatsapp number which is 020 7562 8001 (as above) - Not a mobile number so not a nuber for Whatsapp. So typical of the inaccuracy of their site and its complete inattention to detail. It would be easier to get vetted for SIS than set up an account with ITI. Oh, the clocks on their system are some other timezone as well.
