cheers copied in to notebook, took out all punctuation, pasted back in and now sent. They don't make these things easy
Also noticed that the other ticket i have open from onboarding process a week ago on Saturday is number 1118, tonight's ticket is 45791. Have they had almost 45k tickets generated in a week? No wonder they are drowning0 -

Here's an extract....not the full text.
"In the Joint Special Administrators' (“JSAs”) last update to clients dated 31 July 2020, we stated thatITI Capital Limited (“ITI”) had informed the JSAs that a variety of fixes to resolve the various issuesclients were experiencing would take place over the course of the weekend of 1/2 August 2020.The JSAs have today [3 August 2020] been informed by ITI that the issues clients were previouslyfacing using the online system have now been resolved. Furthermore, the JSAs are informed that allclients with email addresses have now received their login details.ITI has further advised that they have distributed [at approximately 6pm this evening] an emailcommunication to clients outlining a number of useful steps to assist clients on board with ITI as aclient, or alternatively to assist clients in requesting the withdrawal of assets from ITI."

The email sent today suggests we should be able to "submit closure form" via the portal. Can anyone find this form when they login?,1

Has anyone complained to the FCA about the job leonardcurtis were paid a lot of money for doing .
I have never been treated like this buy a broker SVS the worse before this sometimes they would not pick the phone for 30 mins
This company not answering phone at all today i held for one hour late morning then cut off.
They do not respond to e-mails.
The withdraw form can not be filled in on line ?
They seem to have trouble identifying stock i spoke to a trader at 5.30pm it was painful listening to him trying to identify one he did not seem to have a clue 40 mins completely wasted.

I have yet to receive my login details despite ITI’s email this evening stating that everyone ‘should’ have. Needless to say I will not be holding my breath but maybe tomorrow.....?
