Hi, more advice please. I tried to change my password last week when registering but now it won’t take the new or old password. I’ve tried to change it a third time but it just keeps saying I have to use a capital lower case, number a character plus be 8 long. I keep doing this but won’t let me log in. Any help would be great

If it won't take either password, or allow you to reset it, your only option may be to call them....assuming you are sure you used a capital letter, a lower case letter, a number and a special character (eg, # or @..... etc)

I submitted a withdrawal form to ITI on 29th July and the cash landed in my bank account this morning. Some progress at least.
If you can please help me  with the following:
How did you submit form by email after filling and signing  it  , did you take photo of the completed form and emailed it.
Also what field did you use to provide UK bank Account number, was it BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER/IBAN* or was it SWIFT CODE* (both are mandatory)
    Thanks

Withdrawal form:  Confusing isn't it?  Another example of ITI's claim that their systems are "built by traders for traders"!  For retail clients, their procedures are poor.

On the form, see the "or" after the SORT CODE?  I think they mean either SORT CODE or SWIFT CODE but not both.
You'll have to scan the completed form and attach the scanned image to an email.

I don't have a scanner , I will take a photo  and email  and hope it will be acceptable.
I will use sort-code and  bank account number field
  • As anyone not received any communications from ITI as yet?
Still waiting for access to my ISA and they haven't provided any onboarding e-mails whatsoever.  E-mailed them to ask for the details and they essentially told me to just keep waiting.  I feel like I've fallen completely through the cracks and as they never answer their phones, I have no recourse at all.

Hoping that someone on here will have some advice that can help. :disappointed:

Yes, I also used a scanner. Photo sounds like a good option and they might accept it by post.

Take a photo if you have a camera and then upload it to your PC and then upload it from your PC using the electronic form.

I have heard nothing about a joint account held with my wife. Lets hope today's promised update provides some answers but I am not holding my breath.
  • I've heard nothing from ITI.  I emailed LC over t5he weekend and have nothing from them either.  My only option soon will be to see my solicitor.
