I'll sort out selling my positions and transferring money out once they have it all. I have filled out a load of information on their website (with the assistance of their call centre) and informed ITI by email. I'll let you all know how it goes, but it just seems a lot easier than trying to get ITI to do anything.

I do find info on other Brokers worth reading so thanks to everyone posting about that .
Now I have been told i have been accepted for both my accs ( i only bothered "on boarding" for the one )
They told me that was good enough.
The only way to withdraw is to print form they send and scan it back .
( i have pointed out not all will have a printer or scanner and some might be stuck at home )
Was told this comment would be past up and considered.
Id imagine they will come back with post as this will be to there benefit.
I will inform if i get funds but i am not paying extra so it should take as long as jarvis.
Hl. and Halifax can get it into your bank same day ( they must of heard of faster payment ) that is a plus for them.
Was told within a few days i will be sent by e-mail passwords to log onto this trading acc of theirs.
Hence i was surprised some of you have already got onto it.

Dear ITI , when it comes to buying and selling shares/funds we want something like iWeb's system. You enter the ticker name for the company (e.g. LLOY), verify the name and then enter the number of shares or sum of money to buy or sell.
Then you press "continue" and it will offer a price - you have 15 secs to say Y or N.
No faffing about.
What we don't want is software that if you press the wrong buttons you send the launch codes to the US Military!

My2penneth, I wouldn't have bothered asking ITI to get their Buy button sorted. We will all just be clicking the Sell.0

Fancy a career with ITI...they are advertising jobs with a start date of April 2020.
Do they actually maintain their website?
Can YOU "drive the customer journey"...?

The page where it says "Upload your documents" is stuck for me (see screenshot). I have been trying to email and call for days now, no response. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? I really need access to cash very urgently and don't know what to do...It has been almost a year since the collapse of SVS. Is there a way to get Leonard Curtis to apply some pressure? I don't find it ok how they just write their 'good bye' letter and walk away, before anything is working. Really at my wit's end with this.0
