In theory the IAS would uphold your appeal, or the PPC may chuck the towel in and withdraw

Or the IAS would beat around the bush, spout some nonsense and side with the parking company

Another thing aswell....i don't think there are any cameras at the site. It looks like the photo on the PCN has been taken with a handheld camera.
Apparently you need a permit to park there but the photo just shows the front of the car from distance of about 8 metres away.

Handheld cameras are used a lot for onsite evidence by a parking company

Do i have what you call a 'Golden Ticket'?
No windscreen ticket issued and the Issued date on the PCN and NTK received date by the keeper is almost a month from the incident date also no mention of POFA and keeper liability after 28 days on the PCN.

    OK thanks.
So who do they chase if they can't chase the keeper?
Sorry for all the questions but i'm just trying to get things in place for when the appeal rejection comes back.

Sounds like a golden ticket scenario , yes

They chase the driver, or prove that the keeper and driver are one and the same person, not easy to do, but they will assume so, hence why we say do not blab about who was driving

If they fail the law, tough blah , they snooze, they lose, lol
