Thanks for all your help.
I'll send the template off in the morning along with the part about not complying with POFA
I'll keep this thread updated.0 -
Can someone point me in the right direction where it states 14 days notice period for a PCN through the post on POFA please.
I've looked and I can't find it.
Thanks0 -

Yeah sorry just found it.
Section 9. Subsection 4 and 50 -
Appeal sent off using the blue text template.0

Now you are getting the hang of it
Failing pofa means a keeper has no liability, making what happened irrelevant to the Keeper
A Keeper can refuse to name the driver, so without driver details they are stuffed
They can invite a Keeper to name the driver as a phishing exercise, as they did here, but they have been rumbled due to the advice you were given
Never help the opposition, because they wouldn't help you0 -

What could they come back at me with?0 -
They will come back to tell you that your appeal is rejected
The futility of appeals to IPC companies and the IAS is explained in the FAQ0 -
But it may be an idea to put in a single point IAS appeal stating that they failed pofa so as keeper you are not liable and you told them so, meaning they have failed on timescales to transfer liability from driver to Keeper0

So what happens when they cant transfer liability to the keeper?
Top right hand corner of the PCN states the incident time and the issued date. The issued date is 4 weeks after the incident date and the PCN was received through the post 2 days after that.0
