So you paid at the end instead of the beginning, with a slight overstay ?

Meaning you bought the wrong slot, because it is likely the ticket should have been bought before 1030 for a 4 hour stay

Chances are that all the appeals will be rejected if the story is used, they will only care about their rules, whereas a judge may take a different view in court, if it gets that far, sorry to say

The blue text template is the appeal letter you need, from that Newbies thread in post #1, appealing as keeper, no talking about who was driving at all, not to anyone

In the future , the fact that a ticket was bought plus grace periods are the best arguments

Plus Smart do not follow the law called POFA so that is the best argument for a keeper, even if you do not understand it

What you do is read the first post in the thread that tells Newbies to read it first.

It contains complete instructions on what to do. You may need to read it a few times as it's very comprehensive.

None of that story will help you, stories never do, the attendants haven't got a clue or they misled you, possibly deliberately

Stick to the script and appeal as keeper using the blue text template

It's the writing in blue. You either are on the wrong thread or haven't read it.

That's not it. That doesn't say in the title Newbies read this first. Go back to the index and read the thread that says you should read it first. It's in the title. Read this first.
