It won't hurt to send it by multiple methods. As long as they get it and read it.

When you go Smart's website to appeal there should be a drop down menu to select who is appealing, again, make sure that it is 'Registered Keeper' that is selected.

If there's another drop down menu for 'reason' choose 'Other' if there is that option.

On no account say who was driving (I know I'm getting repetitive!) but it's so important. If they respond to the Registered Keeper asking for the name and address of the driver, ignore that!

theres no drop down box you put reg number and the invoice number then goto another page ….then if you want to add a picture as I did on the next page you get a drop down box for a picture browse to then submit ….

do not put any phone numbers in , make them up if you have to

if you dont want your email address to go in , setup a free gmail address for this task

appeal as OTHER , paste the blue text into the appeal box , choose keeper when asked , never choose driver , never mention who was driving

Well its now Thursday I have emailed PS twice with all paper work even screen shots of proof of filling in and still no word . What should I do wait for a reply or new threatning letter .lol Thanks
