Read the newbies sticky thread near the top of the forum
Appeal as keeper using the blue text template from the newbies thread
No blabbing about who was driving
The BB has no real validity on private property, if anything applies it's the EA20100 -
Why have you opened 2 new threads about the same incident? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Is it this one your post is a bit sketchy as to why you have been charged:

As stated the newbies thread is full of information, you should appeal as keeper with the template, then go for POPLA with procedural appeal, looks like grace period may be the clincher.0 -

Sorry but if I am reading this correctly you paid after returning to your car at 2:35 and drove out at 2:39?
If that is true you basically were in the car park without paying, and then paid for 4hours from the 2:35 to 6:35.
ANPR clocks your car when you enter, you then have 10 minutes to buy a ticket for your expected stay, you then should get 10 minutes at the end of parking to exit.
If my assumption is right, though you paid the correct fee, and didn't over stay that bought time, you bought the wrong slot.
Unfortunately that won't win an appeal the template from the newbies thread will need to be used, then procedural and signage etc for POPLA.0
