only email them if they allow email

check their postal NTK to see how this can be appealed, if email is allowed , do what you said enclosing the BB scan or pic as proof that an OCCUPANT of the vehicle has a BB and is covered by the Equality Act 2010

if their website allows an online keeper appeal , use it

appeal as KEEPER, no blabbing about who was driving , they have no chance against a keeper, only a driver , so dont tell em PIKE !!!

also complain to the venue as a genuine customer and insist on a cancellation die to their contractors misleading you and your family (the royal WE)

The Registered Keeper appeals, so make sure it is their name and address that is given. Do not identify the driver.

When you go Smart's website to appeal there should be a drop down menu to select who is appealing, again, make sure that it is 'Registered Keeper' that is selected.

If there's another drop down menu for 'reason' choose 'Other' if there is that option.

On no account say who was driving (I know I'm getting repetitive!) but it's so important. If they respond to the Registered Keeper asking for the name and address of the driver, ignore that!

Make those complaints to the landowner good! Be outraged, especially about getting misleading information from the attendant. Say that you 'must insist that this PCN is cancelled'. And again (sorry!) don't identify the driver. Say 'we' went to Fantasy Island' and 'the driver' paid for parking and that you are the Registered Keeper of the vehicle (assuming you are).

    Good luck.

Then there is no scope to appeal via email, so don't!

They won't deal with it. You'd better send another by one of their approved methods!
