Bought 2nd hand Laptop with SDD drive but the Fan is Running Constantly!

    Do not think win 7 natively recognises Trim, but easy to enable. Not sure of the 4k sector alignment either?

    I have the new SSD fitted but it wont boot up.

    I get this message: reboot and select proper boot device

    what did you use to install to the SSD? (Sorry, haven't folliwed...
