    There is a box on your Claim Form labelled Address for sending documents and payments (if different).

    It is the address in that box that you should be using for the Claimant.

    You wait for a court date but in the meantime get your head around witness statements and start your evidence gathering.

    On your witness statement plus exhibits plus costs schedule , 3 topical items , not one

    That court date letter will also give you the deadlines to exchange them , plus to submit them to the court
