They have just copied & pasted a template and these errors are worth pointing out to the Judge.

Which is why I toldyou to look for that - that you can show their WS is
- a lie
or
- clearly in error
Given this is their only *evidence*, casting doubt on their only *evidence* is of course good for you.

A false statement on a witness statement could get them into very serious trouble, try to fine one (or more than one).

Akthoguh being reaslistic DP, it wont . 
What it *should* do is cast doubt on their reliabiltiy as a "witness", alongside pointing out theyre not actually a witness, and given this reduces their chances of proving their claim, it can only be of benefit. Plus asking the rep if its incompetence or a lie, please pick which one, should be fun.

Thanks for your replies guys. Now its confirmed they would have received my Defence then I have the perfect attack to show how incompetent they are. The first thing I will do is point this out to the judge then ask that question to the representative. Lets get them on the back foot straight away. This subject I will bring up first on my witness statement. This is going to be fun.

Further proof reading they are claiming I have never named the driver after asking several times. They are not saying I'm denying being the Keeper but are claiming I have never named the driver. Well that still leaves me an opportunity here as they have only asked once. Adding to that my IAS appeal clearly implies I am the driver. I will point this out to the judge and will have to leave it to him or her at what game these guys are playing.

As for me claiming they are targetting motorist well I'm sure the judge will see through this and pick up on this being a Robo Copy claim.

Erm, usually not id'ing the driver is fine. Youre only required to ID the driver if the court asks you to.

Often you do not know/cannot remember  who was driving.

Can anyone on here who is going through the same defence please contact me. I would like to gain evidence that this issue with these parking machines are still ongoing.
