Hi guys,

Just received a letter from the court advising me that they have rescheduled my hearing from the 20th May to the 25th Nov due to Covid 19. They have offered a None Oral Hearing on the written evidence. I need to notify them by the 4th May if I consent to this.

I'm going to reject it as I'm happy to wait until November to wait for my day in court. Besides I don't want this marsden guy missing out on a bill from the representative he knows nothing about.

Definitely reject a papers only hearing and say that since this a non-urgent case you are happy to wait until November.

Agree with all comments, wait until November,

As this is a trivial, non important case, all courts should only re-schedule them to the end of year,
Nobody cares if these dodgy legals have no income, it might well clear out the dregs
