I would like to join for the last quarter xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
I've been mia for a couple of days so playing catch up with all the news.
Brambling, even though I've had a bit of a stop/start time I'd like to join you all for another quarter, also really appreciate your efforts organising the thread, thank you :T
Honeythewitch, well done on reaching your target. I love biscoff as well but trying to avoid that aisle of the supermarket, so when I feel in need of a sugar hit I've been having a teaspoon of lemon curd and licking it like a lollypop
Molly41, :wave: hello & welcome
My meal plan went to pot with things being a bit disorganised over the past couple of days but hopefully not too much damage has been done, back on plan from today - I really fancy a curry but there's veg and other stuff needs using up first.

Hi can I join you please. I haven't been on here for a while due to my dad passing away at the end of July. I have put on about a stone due to comfort eating and would like to lose that as well as a bit more. Could do with a bit of motivation.0

Krispy Kreme - definitely avoid them. I'm not a massive doughnut fan but I find them ridiculously addictive. I probabaly shouldn't mention the fact that they do a Biscoff flavoured one...
Your a bad bad person Izadora :rotfl: I don't need temptation, I manage that all by myself
Welcome Molly41 and Millymouse :wave: :wave: sorry to hear about your dad Milly, I did the same after I lost my mum although unfortunately I didn't stop at one stone. Like many of us eating is how I deal with stress :cool:

I'm meeting a old friend tomorrow (we were students together) and it usually involves morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea whilst we catch up. By the sound of it she's in the need of a drink or two, unfortunately like a lot of people our age she is juggling home, work and a elderly parent
B- Greek yogurt and fruit with walnuts
L - soft blue cheese salad with grapes and crackers
D- bacon, egg and airfried chips
S - too many :eek::cool:
