Tea looks lush bubbs as always :)

I on the other hand have not had the best of days.

Sorry to hear that beanie . Sending you a virtual hug. :A

We've just finished a yummy dinner. I wanted to use up some of the PYO stuff that DD brought me. We had marrow stuffed with chilli and runner beans, broccoli and asparagus. Still got plenty of marrow though, barely used half. :)

That's a shame. My DH eats more or less anything. :D

I don't really stuff it. I'm a very lazy cook so I just cut it in thick rings. put it in a baking dish and pour the filling into the holes. :D

I thought that at first but I think it’s daily syns of 5.5 including the Mayo and sausages?

I’m probably wrong and in cloud cuckoo land or something lol

    ♥️

Thats right Percy - 1.5 for sausages, 1/2 for mayo, 1/2 for syrup and 3 for Alpen Light.

I'm a bit lost with weigh ins now because of the big gain and then loss last week - think it's 1/2lb off which is acceptable for me (slow loser). That being said I've had a super carby day today - we were running low on bread and as I couldn't get out this morning I made some - fatal with the lovely smell throughout the house! Shop bought wholemeal doesn't quite have the same appeal! I'll tot up my syns for the day tomorrow.....

    Have a good weekend all.

Was that a very large marrow or was there more than one?

Haven't had marrow for years now. We used to have it quite regularly when the DDs were small as we used to be able to make a day out of the PYO farm. The farm used to provide a free bus from near where we used to live so we used to take a picnic and spend several hours there with a brake for the picnic. Don't often see PYO farms anymore.

The one we used to go to has been turned into a small golf course. They also have regular boot fairs at the weekend.

Going into Margate for a wander today. Not sure what we're doing for lunch yet though.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up
    L - no idea
D - lamb chops, potatoes and veg

    HEA - milk
    HEB - none planned
    Syns - wine

Morning all (just) sending positive thoughts to you all :A

WI with loss of 1lb, just needed it to be tiny bit more and I’d be back in target range :D if I breathe on the window and clean it I can see it clearly just can’t quite touch it :rotfl: here’s hoping for next week :A

    Have a good weekend :A

Well done on your loss tie.:T Hopefully you'll see a bit more off next week. School holidays could go either way. You can be more in control but there's also more time for snacking and temptation. :(

Hope you find something SW friendly for lunch denise. :)

it was a very large marrow denise so I just cut off 4 large rings but there's plenty left. It should keep OK for a few days so I'll keep adding bits to meals.

DD was surprised just how much housing development had sprungg up around the PYO farm since she last went there. It'll probably get swallowed up sooner or later.

I got some YS celeriac yesterday so I'll make some mash for tomorrow and for the freezer later. Also some YS leeks but I'll probably freeze most of those for casseroles.

Since the fateful WI on Wednesday morning, I estimate I've only used about 16 syns (HP sauce and those ghastly, greasy potato skins:(). I was angelic yesterday and didn't have any wine syns. Normal service will be resumed today though. ;) Sadly, I don't feel any thinner though. Perhaps I'm being impatient. :)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, strawberries, yogurt, HEA milk for drinks
L: HEB toast with sardines and pickles
D: BGTY burger, SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus, tenderstem and maybe some marrow chunks:D
    Syns: burger 1, weekend wine:j
