    What is the cake like then bubbs?

    I do my baked oats in a silicon muffin pan. I do various different flavours. They're not really cakes but they are definitely cake-like. I think it probably helps that they look a bit like cakes because they're made in a muffin pan! Bit physiological I suppose.

    Its ok, i grated carrot, put ginger and cinnamon in it , i had one small slice , but no food and drink apart from water for me now as on a fast :o

    I actually make 2 muffins with my 40g of oats so I can have one for breakfast with some fruit & quark and then the other later in the day with a cuppa or save it for pudding after dinner.

    Or I can be a piggy and have them both for breakfast (which is what I usually do!)

    Silly question :o

    I have a friend coming tomorrow & am making a pasta bake thing so I can pop it in the oven on a low heat.
    I take it I cook the pasta & veg before I put it in the oven?

    Maybe I should just make the muffins with added salt :think: :rotfl:
