    Silly question :o

I have a friend coming tomorrow & am making a pasta bake thing so I can pop it in the oven on a low heat.
I take it I cook the pasta & veg before I put it in the oven?

Maybe I should just make the muffins with added salt  :rotfl:

Don't know the exact recipe beanie but if the ingredients are cooked, it won't need to go on a low heat. I'd just put cheese on top and put it in the oven for about 20 minutes at about 190.

I paid £1 in A but they were 80p in S last week.
Do you have a market stall for fruit and veg?

Managed a 1 lb loss last week, still not back to my weight in March but nearly there......
I've had so many lemsips, cough sweets and medicinal brandy so I was surprised to lose anything. :o
curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!

    Thanks curl girl.
    No market stalls here sadly.
The offer in Sainsbury’s is finished. Sadly.

More washing this morning for me. Just doing the bedding from the motorhome but also need to wash the duvet! I caught a scab on my elbow and it bled over it. Hoping it'll fit into my machine but if not our local Morrisons have a big machine in the car park! I can just have a wander around Morrisons, B&M, Poundland and the charity shop while it's doing. Only need a couple of bits but if I can find them cheap then I'll pick them up otherwise I'll wait until I do my normal shop as nothing is urgent.

Our local co-op had melons for 69p last week and I think Aldi did as well but think that offer has finished now unfortunately.

Well done curl girl on the lb loss.

    Today's plan:

B - Kelloggs no sugar museli, milk - HEB & part HEA
L - burger, onions, lettuce, tomato & gherkin slices in bun (which we should have had yesterday!) 11.5 Syns
D - LO BBQ'd rib of beef (was lovely yesterday hot - also got 2 x 2 portions sliced in gravy in the freezer & at £2 per lb very :money:, probably have with either chips or fried up boiled potatoes with beans as that's what DH fancies

    HEA - milk
    HEB - museli
Syns - 11.5 (assuming I eat the whole bun but I probably won't!) - have got the syns available so fine if I do

Well done curlgirl. I'm sure most of us would settle for a pound off. I know I would. :)

Not sure when you want the melon for beanie. It took over a week to ripen the Aldi ones. I think honeydew or galia are coming out on Thursday and they're much tastier IMO.

I seem obsessed with washing too at the moment denise, taking advantage of the good drying weather. :) How strange to have a large washing machine in a car park?? I've never heard of that before.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, scrambled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold meat. LO veg and pickles
D: salmon, SW chips, runner beans, asparagus, cauli steak, tomatoes
    Syns: HP sauce 1

Haha, when we were in the Algarve a few weeks ago, our nearest supermarket had a bit of an outside laundromat going on, lots of coin operated washing machines, literally outside the supermarket. I guess they get lots of passing traffic ;).

Looking on MySupermarket, it lists Lidl having Honeydews for 95p, Aldi 69p, Sainsb 80p. HTH.

Morning all, just popping in to report a 1/2lb loss, very disappointing as I was good as gold last week, hopefully it'll catch up with me at some point soon.

    Sending love Sue xx
