So, did you add the chicken or do they sell it in McD's? :)

The good thing about Subway (despite your local branch :() is that they have them at service stations so it offers a SW friendly option on the move. Makes a change from sandwiches. :)
The chicken comes with it, and isn't that horrid slimy style steamed chicken they have used in the wraps that has been on the salads previously.
I will bear Subway in mind in future. I don't know why, I just have never even fancied venturing inside a branch. I guess I just think bread rolls, mayo, and questionable hygiene - don't even ask me how I have arrived at that opinion, I haven't a clue!:o

Hi everyone. Still here plodding along with Sw.
I'm just about to make 2Cc's Hawaiian pizza pasta bake. I love their recipies, they always turn out well. I wish they would do a book like PON.
There will be some syns in it as I'm using tinned pineapple but, as a target member, I won't be counting them (oh the guilt)
Got a manic week this week with trips up and down the country for various things so have made some couscous bites from the PON book to take. They are yummy and I have also chopped up lots of salady buts so I can just pack and go.
I really must find time to weigh in their week as I'm fairly sure I'll be losing access to the app if I don't. Hopefully I'll have done ok and will still be in range.
That pudding looks lovely Bubbs xx

    Evening all,
Had a busy day yesterday, so no chance to post. Also forgot to say on Friday that I'm happy with a -1lb loss this week. Pleased to have another loss, rather than see it creep on again, as I had a couple of days with sandwiches for lunch (syns counted). I'm convinced bread stops my losses.

Anyway, we had a nice night out last night at an open air concert with DS1 & DIL, and the sun shone for us - just in time, as it was thundering only an hour before we set off:eek:

Tried to be as on plan as possible, but we were sharing the picnic duties, but all mine were on-plan. So yesterday I had:
    B - banana & apply skyr (1.5)
L - I actually cannot remember what I had! I think I may have had more fruit & yogurt, saving up for possible synnage later on
D - chicken, salad leaves, cucumber, tomato, dressing (1), french stick:eek: (6) scrape of butter (1.5), quiche (6)
I had a 10 cal jelly for dessert, while they all had luxury puddings DIL had bought.
I did have a few crisps later in the evening, so know I would have been over syns in the end.

    Today:
    B - banana
    L - bacon sandwich (6) & HEB
    snack - chicken drumstick
D - marinaded chicken with salad leaves, cucumber, tomato, sweetcorn, carrot, dressing (1.5)
Jelly with mango, strawberries & squirt of LF cream (2)

    Evening everyone.

Well done all losers -Sleazy I could really do with a 5lb loss but I couldn't skip meals. I need feeding regularly! Welcome Liz3yy.

Got over my sulk at my miniscule loss with the aid of ginger biscuits (told you I would!) and back on track the last couple of days. I am on a mission this week to unearth the hidden delights in my freezer which is full to busting and very disorganised so there may be some odd meals this week. I'll do an inventory tomorrow and make a plan. Just had to buy milk, fruit and veg today.

    Todays menu
    B weetabix, banana and milk
L Greek salad and cous cous, yoghurt
D Roast gammon, new potatoes cauli and broccoli
Snacks - cherries, satsuma, Fibre One peanut bar
Syns for olives, a little olive oil in dressing, packet couscous and Fibre One so 9

Looking forward to the sun next week. Have a good evening all.

That's a long time before it actually releases. Think I'll wait and see what others think about it before I get it or even wait until it's in the shops so I can have a look!

They have missed a trick there I think.
Should have released it for the Christmas market.
