    I drink loads of water, I'm always on the loo! Especially at the moment as I'm fighting off a cold and sore throat.

    I have had syns today, about 8 - forgot to mention them previously

    LOL! I'm almost over it thanks, damn thing's been lingering for almost a fortnight :/

    I'm out for dinner at Zizzi tomorrow with some friends - is it best to be a SW friendly as possible with what I eat, to forget it and have whatever I want, or somewhere in the middle?

    I personally would look at the menu before you go, online? see whats a good choice, or see if you can incorporate syns in it, then cut down syns for the next few days :D
