Afternoon all (should have been morning but overwhelming fatigue knocked me out :()
WI with loss of 1.2lb pleased with that as succumbed to nibbles the kids had at their teachers goodbye ‘party’ while watching Mary Poppins. Kids watching, staff clearing classroom and boxing up resources as moving classrooms. Got massive bruise on shin where full box of books fell on me :(. Monday will be spent rearranging new classroom :( whilst keeping kids occupied!
Not looking forward to predicted temperatures next week, classrooms get really stuffy even with doors and windows open, everyone gets tetchy too!

Have a good weekend all, hopefully the forecast isn’t as bad as they predict for thunderstorms. :A

Hi folks, I've decided to re-start SW...for the umpteenth time....I've gained almost 3 stone since my wedding 6 years ago and I do not look of feel good. Wish me luck please!

I'm starting the plan tomorrow, with the help of hubster. I need to lose 4 stone really to be healthy (and I know deep down I need to do this, as I have high blood pressure and a family history of heart problems)

Think I lose all that before the end of the year?

Welcome to the thread Liz3yy. Are you planning on going to group. It's a good idea just to have the new member talk and get the books. The plan changed slightly at the beginning of the year and there were also changes a couple of years ago as well.

It would be possible to lose 4 stone by Christmas but you'd need to lose 2.5lb per week! Not something I'd be able to do no matter how much I stick to plan, my biggest loss in getting to target was 1.5lb! But even if you don't lose 2.5lb a week you can still have a decent loss losing just a lb a week - just under 2 stone.

    Good luck.

    Denise
