To help you with the syns pollyanna , I know that Prosecco and white wine (provided it's 12.5% or less) is 30 syns for a bottle. Other syns I have to look up. :o

Good on you planning those meals. Remember to keep up the Speed fruit and vegetables. Water melon is good. If you don't fancy it for breakfast then chop some up and snack on it through the day. Enjoy your Alpen Lights. 2 for a HEB. Remember YOU'RE NOT ON A DIET! ;)

Welcome debtfreeforlife . You'll get all the support you need on here. :)

I succumbed to a quick drink with friends. Just the one, 3 syns on a G&T. ;)

It's crazy. I always look up syns on syns online. There it says Greek yogurt, fat free, natural is free with a great big P next to it.

I suppose it only really matters if you were slavishly following EESP. :)

I am such a numpty, there I am sitting on sofa playing card game on iPad when my phone rings. Was my head teacher asking where I was  I had the date as tomorrow but apparently was today :eek:
Had to rush to work, took nothing with me so haven’t eaten much today (just under 700 Calories on MFP). Not hungry either, think it’s anxiety from the phone call! Did go in and head was ok about it but I’ve felt rubbish all day :(. Hoping for an early night and that I can sleep! Also better set alarm :p Wish me luck :D

Thinking of Chris and Sue :A

Beanie on UKHotDeals it says that some Asda stores have Morphy Richards soup maker reduced to £28. Doesn't seem to be available on line though. Do you have Asda in Scotland?

  • Thanks everyone.

The Heck sausages are spring chicken ones and jar of sauce is a Dolmio 500g one, either original or smooth veg. As it's LO, don't actually know which one, oops. But it has done two meals for me and the girls, so I would estimate 7 portions in total where a portion for me is 1 1/2 to what the girls would eat as I eat more than them!

The milk I was talking about is semi skimmed, not sure if that is 1% or not. Can't bring myself to drink skimmed as I might as well be drinking water.

My plan is to go to a meeting on Friday morning when the girls are at school so I'm not panicking about being back for them and not in a rush. Then cos I am working the next two Fridays, will try and find a Saturday meet and drag the girls with me (or can I go to any meet, i.e if I find one in Central London near where I work, can I just turn up?). I generally don't like my kids knowing I'm on a "diet" as I don't want to give them a complex about their weight so young, but they know I am trying to eat healthily.

Does anyone know of any free joining vouchers at the moment?

Right. I'm off to find a recipe for the 310g of leftover chicken I have from yesterday. And I'll be picking your brains soon about a recipe I lurve which thinking about it, seems to be relatively syn friendly. It's basically chicken, rice, tomatoey type stuff, peas and some apple juice.
