Probably a hm ice lolly later and maybe some low pop corn 2 1/2s
Trying to cut out my 11ish cereal bar whilst at work as I think they have become a habit rather than a necessity.

Hello everyone. I am all stocked up and hopefully will be good this week. I am officially the heaviest I have ever been save for straight after having my first DD. I am actually 2stone heavier than I was after my DD2, eek! So 2stone to loose. Yikes.
Today didn't go to plan, but in a good way. We avoided McDs, simply because we couldn't find it in Waterloo Station and so grabbed some pretzels and cookies from M&S, but I just didn't have any. It's easier to resist when you grab and go, but not if we were sitting down in a McDs!
B - Coffee (I now have bought watermelon and bananas which I will have in future or porridge, but I generally don't like eating breakfast).
L - nothing. Awful I know, but it was a one off.
D - Tuna in brine (P), Pasta (F), Mayo (2syns for 1tbs of light), Sweetcorn (F), Salad (S).
S - Tea
HEA - Milk
HEB - Alpen Bar
Please feel free to correct any of my mistakes as they really do help. I am planning on another tea and a Alpen Bar (I know I can have two, but that just feels wrong when on a diet!).
I have made crustless quiche which will be my lunch tomorrow. I put in 50% reduced cheddar, so even better than 30% reduced, right?!
And I added mushrooms and peppers which hopefully will be nice in it. Just have to get it out of the dish now and quarter it to stop me just eating the whole thing tomorrow.
And Mum has said she will help me with the soup as I'm not completely up to speed on how the soup maker thingie works.
My main issues are dinner and I have up till Thursday sorted:-
Tuesday - Heck sausages (I'm having 4 cos I'm greedy - syns please!), Jacket Pot, Beans.
Wednesday - LO spag bol (it was from a jar, but don't think the syns were awful, can't remember for sure).
Thursday - Gammon, potatoes, veg (first day back at work, so Mum cooking again, she has promised to lay off the butter).
So if I am right, I have had 2 syns today, so that leaves 103 for the week. Going to save them till Friday when the girls go to their dad's. How many in a bottle of wine or prosecco again? :rotfl:Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Hello, may I join you please? I've been following slimming world for some time now and struggling a little, so I thought this might help me in getting back on track. Had my first day on plan today in quite some time. Granted I used up all my Sun's (on three chocolate hobnobs and an options packet in a free yoghurt) but still on plan! Hoping there won't be hobnobs around tomorrow.0
