  • Oh my god, but I have been synning :( Finding it really difficult at the moment as there is so much going on in real life. Going to be 100% on plan for today & tomorrow, Wednesday is funeral so will be as good as I can, know there will be roast beef & salad, & I will be taking some chicken, been told I don't need to do anything, but also been told by the Egyptian side that they would like to contribute some food. Will go to Costco tomorrow night & pick up some chicken which I can cook SW way! Although I did hear the dreaded words "banoffee pie" yesterday:eek: This was his signature dessert and he used to make a lethal version of it, so much so, we had to tell him not to make it so rich:rotfl: His youngest is a chef also so this will be her tribute to him, may have to have a finger size piece to be polite:D

Thursday night I fly, so will be trying to be on plan as much as I can for the day, flying business class (I know that sounds so snobbish, but, as I take so long to claim my expenses at work, I use this money as difference in the 2 costs) so the food tends to be a bit more friendly and there will be fruit also, so hopefully won't too bad on syns, then for the following week & a half, I can only do my best:eek:

Unlikely to be able to post until I am back again as so busy at work, so hugs for all those who need them, well done to the losers and a simple get back on the track if things have gone a bit awry, we begin a new week on a regular basis.
A smile costs little but creates much :)

It's 2 HEAs and 1 HEB. I can have 2 HEBs today because I'm having one of the old Green days! I know we're supposed to stick to EE or EESP but sometimes I just fancy a Green day so it used to work when I first started SW so why not now?

It may well do but not until Wednesday evening:D. Got 2 lots of blood tests on Wednesday morning before having fluids so I'll probably need it by then:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

GTQ Use the motto "Good when you can Careful when you can't" which it sounds you're planning on trying to do.

Where are you flying to? It sounds like it's for work rather than pleasure!

Where did you buy the fish? I would contact customer services of the shop and tell them, they should at least refund the cost of it. I've done that with Tesco's stuff a couple of times and always get a voucher to the value of what I've bought and once I also got an additional £5 voucher as an apology - that was when I bought 1Kg of mussels and over half of them were dead! Only 400g available to use which is nowhere near enough for 2 people!

Natural Greek yoghurt is neither S or P it's just Free.

Thanks Denise, I emailed them last night, hopefully I'll get arefund as it wasn't cheap! Thanks for the advice re the yoghurt.
  • Got PON honey, chilli chicken in the oven and we are having plain boiled rice and roasted carrots with it. It smells gorgeous!!
Went to a group today as I can't make it on Friday and was very happy to hear I was -2lbs. That was over 10days or so but I am very happy.
I had a Philly cheese sandwich with jalapeños for lunch and an enormous nectarine so all in all I've eaten well. I know Philly isn't a He a anymore but (naughty me) is counting it as one.
Tomorrow might be a bit off plan at lunchtime but I shall try to make sensible choices where I can.

Enjoy meeting up with your friends Maman. I'm sure you'll manage with your syns! I've got the opposite problem this week I'm struggling to use them, only been over syns by a few a couple of.days and below on the others. Haven't checked how many I've got left but at least 15 a day which is unheard of for me on a Monday :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
