Forgot to say change of plan for lunch. Went out shopping and got some salad stuff so will now be having a ham salad rather than just a ham & tomato sandwich!

Evening all
BBQ was lovely, i had 2 skewers (free) 2 sausage(1 syn) loads of salad, 2 new boiled pots and for pudding i had a small meringue (2 1/2 syns) with berries and a peach
Was lush, been back about an hr
Will have fruit and yog later as i forgot to put the ice cream maker in the freezer last night

Our lunch was great too. Heaps of SW friendly foods which I could enjoy. There were various cold meats, kebabs and loads of salads mainly. I just ignored the bread and had a tiny bit of cheese (well within HEA). Only syns would have been in a bit of oil. Quite a bit of wine was consumed but certainly not 50 syns worth.
Tomorrow I have to go to a funeral (mum of a friend). I'm planning just to go to the crematorium as I don't know the wider family.0 -
Morning all, looking to be our final day of hot weather! This morning I am off to see my DGD as she wants her legs waxed and she can't afford to go to the salon as she's a uni student and is too scared to do it herself! Not sure she knows what she's letting herself in for!
Today's plan:
B - beans & tomatoes on toast - HEB
L - cauliflower & blue cheese soup - Laughing Cow blue cheese triangles and cauliflower from freezer - HEA
D - cottage pie with veg from fridge and will have with mixed veg from the freezer.
HEA1 - milk in teas - about 100mls
HEA2 - 5 Laughing Cow blue cheese light
HEB - bread
Syns - hopefully none as I've already used them all and more!
