Sorry to report I maintained this week. The scales hovered over a certain number which meant I would have lost half a pound then moved up!

I plan to try and exercise more this week and make sure I have a good third of my plate as speed food.

Don't be sorry , as Denise says better than a gain:D

Well done on the loss bubbs

Nothing wrong with a sts, I always think of them as a pause and regroup, sometimes helps me reassess and plan for the coming week.

I was very naughty yesterday, I did have a salad for lunch....but then I had ice cream in a huge (delicious waffle) then 2 small rolls once I got in, we did a ton of walking though and had a lovely time.

    Today
B porridge, milk (hexb and 1 hexa) berries
L new pot and I think it was stroganoff, (I got it out the freezer this morning) apple
    D spag Bol, cheese (hexa)

Will have a nas ice pole later.

    Yes, at some point.
I need one that folds electronically.
I cant manage the ones that break down into different parts on my own.
The whole thing is dire on so many levels.

  • Thanks Denise for clarifying the oil as a HEB, gutted! :rotfl:

Thinking of trying the fibre one bars- do people rate them? How many Syns do they work out?

Another work day for me today- but home by 3.30 hopefully.

    B- scrambled egg, bacon, fruit
L- last of the LO lentil dal which has been delicious!
D- ?? Roast or steak and veg
    Snack- almonds

Sunday is usually a pretty synful day for me as it’s our weekly date night :j we cook something nice and eat at the table. Absolutely love it, and will definitely not be turning down a glass or two of wine! Will probably cook some meat and veg SW friendly and then limit myself on roast potatoes.

    Happy Sunday everyone!

Yes can understand that as guess they are quite heavy if you have to do it on your own?
Hope you manage to get sorted
Saying that how would you get it in and out the car? would you have like a lift fitted?

Trixie you could have 20 Almonds as HEB for your snack as you haven't got one anywhere else in your plan.

Bubbs has listed the Fibre One bars, I'm another that hasn't tried them but lots of people at group seem to like them. I just stick to Alpen Lights or Hifis if I want a cereal bar.

No need to limit the number of roast potatoes as long as they are cooked with Frylight. If they are being cooked in oil remember it is 6 Syns per Tbs so very high and to my mind a waste of Syns!

So sorry to hear you're having a lot of problems at the moment Beanie, hope things are a bit better today.

    Today's plan:

B - sausages (2), egg, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms
L - BBQ pork with HM BBQ sauce, roasted onions & peppers, charred corn on the cob
    D - HM carrot & butterbean soup

    HEA - milk
HEB - nothing planned but with only having soup for Dinner I might possibly want something else so could have some cheese on toast and use the rest of my HEA1 + HEA2!

Syns - not sure if I'll have any but things change over the day don't they!!!

Thinking of you Sue and Chris. Hope you're both OK.

    Denise
