    Afternoon everyone.

Weigh in this morning shows STS - no great surprise there! Maman I feel your pain - I've been at this weight (or within 1lb) since early in the year and it's really not shifting. 1lb would get me to top of target and 7 to my lowest weight from last year - it's very frustrating! I often lose on holiday (more activity than usual) so I'll see where I'm at when we come back.

No menu today - trying not to do any more shopping so I've got to be creative with what we have in. I have fruit and frozen veg so no excuses!

    Have a good day all.

At least it wasn't a gain! Good luck with shifting that lb to get back into target range.

Yep I am so close to getting back into target range....feels like punishment paying the money:rotfl:

    Maman

The group I go to are mostly oldies....the young un go to earlier group, we do have a few youngers too, but some folk do seem to just chatter away, and have been pulled up about it by "the boss"

    Lord PP
Hope you get a bit better through the day and great weight loss:T

    Bubbs your tea looked amazing!

Well done beanie, I lost 1 this morning. So pleased with that because the pre period bloat is real! Not sure my jeans will even do up today.

Pushing for a big loss next week...the next stone bracket is in sight!

I’m off to work (work in food and have to resist hot sausage rolls...food is packed!) hope everyone has a good day.

B- porridge (HEB made with water) with banana and choc spread (5) peach
L- LO butternut squash and lentil dal (1)
D- macaroni cheese (both HEA plus 5)
    S- fruit, carrot sticks, beetroot
Thanks, so easy to make as well, tonight is my 2nd fav 2 of the week, we have it every Friday, the "oldies" know what IS my fav:rotfl::rotfl:
I did something I don't usually do when I got on the scales last night, swore:o . I knew that my best case scenario was to maintain, didn't expect a worst case one, + 2 1/2 was gobsmacked, genuinely did not see that coming as I had been 100% on plan after falling off the wagon on Friday, until I had the best option pizza on Wednesday night.

I have been upping my fluids a lot, so hoping that was some of the damage. Going to be an :A this week and hope that I get rid of the gain and some. Was so upset. To make matters worse, when my bag was searched at the theatre, I was told I couldn't take in food to eat, only had a chicken roll, which was on plan, so had to wait until I got home to eat my chicken roll dinner:mad: It was unbelievable there, no liquids allowed in either, the bottle either had to be drunk or emptied into a bin before entering and could be filled from a tap inside. Security actually missed my bottle, so at least that wasn't wasted either!

    Show was very good though:D
Sorry for your gain, i gelt like that last week, reaaly hope to god ive shifted some this week, if not i really don't know what im going to do:o
We often have our bags searched at the theatre but they don't take drinks off us:cool:
    1.5 lb off

:T Well done on your loss LordP. Glad to hear you're feeling a bit more perky.:)

That does sound embarrassing beanie. Hope it wasn't an off licence.:D Seriously though, take care of yourself.:A

GTQ it's horrible when you get an unexpected gain.

I agree!!:D At least if it is the water GTQ, you should be OK next week. I just want to feel thinner esmy.:( I know I'm being ridiculous. I did some people watching in the supermarket this morning and there are heaps of people sooo much fatter than me. :)

Fortunately, being POETS day, the plumber and plasterer had left before 2.30 p.m. So my lunch was delayed but I was able to stick to plan.:)
