    Good morning slimmers.

One weird thing- in the night whilst being kept awake I felt painfully hungry, like I couldn’t sleep...had a banana but still felt the same. Anyway, lay in bed thinking about it- I actually think it was anxiety and I was mistaking it for hunger. Does anyone else have this? It was so horrible and I couldn’t shake it!

Hope everyone had a better night than me!!

Got to admit this does happen to me a lot - I think it's a bit like comfort eating, mine is always if I had a disturbed night too. Used to be several slices of toast....go for a hi fi bar.

    Take care

It really is hard losing weight as we age, my stamina is not as good as before. Also, I kinda feel lazy to workout lately.

    Good morning slimmers.

Difficult night for me- woken up by my husband who had low blood sugars (type 1 diabetic) then was up for an hour. Then later my dog woke me up (he had an op yesterday and isn’t very happy!) planned to go for a run this morning but overslept and it’s feeling too warm/I’m too tired!

Anyway, going to take it easy on myself today and will do a yoga video later instead. The stretching should feel really nice after tossing and turning all night.

    Today I’m planning:
    B- strawberries and 0% yogurt
L- toast with ham, avocado (4.5), eggs followed by fruit
D- lentil daal (5 for mango chutney if I add it) and rice
S- grapes, banana, peach, beetroot, carrot sticks.
