Just another quick thought Karen; have you put your postcode in to Sky postcode checker to see what broadband is available to you? Also there's no mention of Sky talk package? If you take Sky Talk you then get £5.00 off your broadband package; unless the only option for your area is Broadband connect. You don't get anything off this; if that's the one he's doing for £10 that's cheap as it's £17 normally
    Hope this helps

  • Been a Sky customer for 2 years so my contract is rolling from month the month. Just called up the cancellations team and simply told them i wanted to leave, they asked why and I told them that I was moving to a digital provider that was offering the box, delivery and installation for free. I was very polite and vague about it, the agent immediately said he could do the same...I told him that I had called previously and had been offered it for free BUT had to take the HD subscription for £10 p/m...he said I didnt have to subscribe to HD but I had to enter into a 12 month contract - Fair enough!

When youre on a rolling month to month contract, you are effectively a new customer so they will treat you like one as its a 12 month fixed income for them.

Box, Delivery and Installation all FREE in 2 weeks! RESULT!
