at what point does the green energy pricing comes to an end and the shell energy pricing commences?0

I received a new bill from green today billing me from 27th August (my last bill date) until 31st August . So it was for quite a small amount. Strange they should bill up to that period as they didn't go bust until 3 weeks after that0

Managed to switch away from GREEN before they went bust. Started the switch on 15th September. 2nd October switch completed to Sainsbury Energy. 6000 nectar points (£30) showing within 4 days of switch.
"Your switch is officially complete and you're now a Sainsbury's Energy customer. Thank you for joining us.
Important: Your final bill with your old supplier
In our experience, it can take a long time to get your final bill from your old supplier — anything from 8 weeks to 8 months. The good news is you’ve already given us your opening meter reading, which really helps speed things up"
8 months! Thankfully my final balance should be less than £50.
It will be interesting to see how long the opening meter read industry verification process takes and whether this will be affected by the handover from GREEN to Shell.
Talk on other areas of MSE suggesting that there may be a grey area regarding what will be included in the account balance. That is, will the various extras such as Green's 10% offer, other companies' 3% balance interest and referral rewards be honoured by the SoLRs?

Yes I got that email. No idea why it claims I'm on oak. I was on Hazelwood variable which was going up October 1 however I agreed a deal with Steven redmayne (coo) to be put onto Newton fixed from October 1. I also got a bill yesterdsy for energy used from August 27th (my last bill) until september 1. I expect my final bill to be from september 1 until september 27th (date of Shell taking over) and i expect to be billed at Hazelwood rates so Oak shouldnt enter into it0

Shell Energy replying to someone's post on Twitter advising
"I have been advised all rates will be sent to customers today so you will be emailed with this information. The rates will match the price cap but you will be emailed them today"
