    Evening All,

Nice steady day as it normally is when i am on nights, managing to get my routine set now a little better and feel good for it. This whole positive thinking is seeming to work too so no complaints there.

Tomorrow was meant to be payday, however Monzo now gives me the option to have salary paid to me a day early :D:D Wow what i would have done for that feature a a few months ago when i was screaming for paydays to arrive....no longer an issue, so i managed to get to payday whilst having 60 left in budget, this will now go into overpaying one of debts :)

Tonight is my last night shift and should be a quiet one hopefully
  • Well done you for having that £60 left.

Yay to paying it to one of the debts!

    Dxxx
  • Well done on having money left at the end of the month! :D x

Well another set of nights completed and now for four days off to relax and spend last bit of summer holiday with DD and partner.

    Debt News:
All usual payments gone out so I will need to do a proper update and see where I am with everything. GOOD NEWS ALERT...I have official paid of one of my debts so next month I am £74.15 better off. Ideally I would like to pay another off too but I will see how month goes. Two of the debts are pretty low now so wouldn't take much and both only have two instalments left which will free up another £65 so will be able to put that to service more debts.

    Shopping
Today for the 1st time we did shopping at A*di properly and then topped up a few gluten free things from Sainsb*rys (never ever been in one of their supermarkets before:rotfl:) but they have a very good range. I was amazed at how far our money went and we have plenty of food, can certainly see this been a good change

Still having a few challenges however I feel like I am finally getting somewhere and getting to grips with stuff. Also saved a little for (whisper) Christmas:rotfl: Also i have gone through another month where no c*sta on way to work.

Thank u to everyone for the support and advice....and giggles you provide it keeps me motivated so much. I will update my signature shortly

Payments ( these are the ones that are the main focus at the minute) however i need to look at trying to negotiate some payments with a few others now i am finding my feet i just do not want to over commit just yet and fall flat on my bottom!

Debt 1 - Paid £74.17 Last payment - paid over £400 since March
CCJ - Paid £30 - £58 remaining on this before cleared
    BW - paid £12.50 - £240 remaining before cleared
    Lowell - Paid £33 - £65 remaining on this
Mum - Paid £50 - £300 remaining on this....not coming down as quick as would hope but i am finally making progress with this
  • Glad to see everything is moving in the right direction for you :D
