One assumes that they will set it off against profits so not such a big deal, In the grand scheme of things it is peanuts, I lost nearly three times that when one of my tenants did a moonlight. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

That all depends... If the third parties file documents at court as directed which suggest that evidence has been fabricated, this may only be a beginning.D_P_Dance said:One assumes that they will set it off against profits so not such a big deal, In the grand scheme of things it is peanuts, I lost nearly three times that when one of my tenants did a moonlight.

And the unrecoverable VAT on these costs, (excluding court costs), which come to another £106.RobinofLoxley said:Well done, fantastic result. It's always nice to see a scammer get a good hiding in court, especially when it hits them in their pockets so hard.
According to their costs schedule
£250 to QDR Solicitors, £200 to LPC Law, £100 in court costs, oh and not forgetting the £80 to ZZPS for debt recovery services!
With the £528 in costs to the defendant that's a tidy £1158 in total.

Good morning forumites, Could I please ask you, if you need to view, share or use the detail of my Judgment, that you use the copy which has now been replaced in Dropbox, by using the following link. I have asked MSE to delete the documents in Coupon-mad's post above. Coupon-mad is busy helping others, so I decided to do this myself. https://www.dropbox.com/s/ejv0ytejgnu4f57/One Parking Solution v Ms W 5 Feb 2020.pdf?dl=0

As you know, this case is listed in the Abuse of process thread part 2. The link is to coupon-mad's thread. So, is that the one you have asked to be removed. ? Will your drop box be permanentchelostar said:Good morning forumites, Could I please ask you, if you need to view, share or use the detail of my Judgment, that you use the copy which has now been replaced in Dropbox, by using the following link. IMO you are worrying unnecessarily OP. I cannot possibly see how your employer could take exception to anything in this judgement. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Hi beamerguy, Yes the document has been replaced in dropbox and the original link is inactive as that document has been removed. I don't have access to the dropbox and the person who helps Coupon-mad replaced the document for me. I just redacted further to remove the name of my employer as I felt it would be unfair to have them named. Otherwise the Judgment is exactly the same. I am trying to get the documents also removed from the Abuse of Process thread too and replaced with the new link. Apologies for any confusion and thank you for understanding. Any questions, please private message me.

I have now added the dropbox link in the abuse of process thread. If you have asked MSE to do this, best tell them I have done it otherwise their will be confusion and I like to keep the abuse of process threads 100% up to datechelostar said:Hi beamerguy, Yes the document has been replaced in dropbox and the original link is inactive as that document has been removed.
