If they do not know who was driving, it should say all times my vehicle entered and departed
Proof of ID such as a copy of the V5C or a copy of the court claim form should be attached to the email, plus enclosed with the letter request, in the same envelope, with a free certificate of posting from the p o counter kept as proof of posting
Do not send " signed for", which used to be recorded, just first class mail with proof of posting
Check the PPC website privacy page for correct addresses1 -
Unfortunately you can only ask for (and expect to receive) data about you, so ALL photos is likely to fail, although you can ask for all photos of your car, otherwise it is fine.1

Thank you Redx.
PPC? Is that One Parking Solutions?
When my friend (was a solicitor, never returned after having children), drafted the first response to QDP on the Claim Form, she did advise to say I was driving, but did not 'park', so they know it was me. Probably a mistake. I will still make the change though as you suggest because it sounds better. I'll send with proof of posting, as you suggest.
Before Le-Kirk assisted last night, I did not even know what a 'sticky' was nor how to find the new post button, so am now feeling stupid, but grateful. I'll crack on and get this to the Library to print.
Is it adviseable to also email, or best to leave with just postage? I am trying to do everything necessary for this step, today as I have to be out for work at the crack of dawn tomorrow.
I cannot believe that I abdicated responsibility on this and just relied on my very kind friend. Now I will follow everything through to the Court. The help here is invaluable, once you know where to look.
Again ... thank you.1 -
I'll change that. Thanks Le-Kirk. Does PPC = Once Parking Solution? Their address seems to be just the one - 95 Arundel Road BN13 1EU. I do not see a Privacy tab on their website.0

Yes, the PPC = Private Parking Company = One Parking Solution.
See here for the privacy page.
e-mail for most data protection officers is :-
DPO@parkingcompany name
or dataprotectionofficer@parkingcompanyname
In the case of One Parking Solution it is dataprotection@oneparking.co.uk1 -
I have also written to QDP as follows:
With regard to the above, please find enclosed my Direction Questionnaire, pursuant to the Court’s Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track.
Please also be advised that I have today written to your client, One Parking Solution Ltd to request full GDP disclosure in relation to the above matter.
Yours faithfully0 -

Hi Ralph,
Thank you!
Just off to print now. Thank you for the information.
Yes, my friend is very helpful indeed and a great support.
If by court papers, are referring to Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track? - If so it is dated 7 August 2019 with a response date of 27 August 2019.
Cheers for support,
Eleanora ;-) not!0 -
By the way. I was debating for ages if it Mediate, which my friend advised me against, but I was feeling the pressure. So glad I did not cave in.0

The issue date was on the top right of the N1 claim form , but if you are at the DQ stage your defence has already been submitted, so the issue date is not required
Email is perfectly acceptable and copy yourself into the address to bar, as well as the recipient, so you get emailed proof of delivery email us best , post is belt and braces nowadays
If they know who was driving then you cannot rely on POFA , so your friend missed a trick about using the law there , most lawyers advise a client to say "no comment" , do not implicate yourself , common sense really
But a driver is also witness number one and can tell the judge what happened etc, which is sometimes a good thing rather than squirming out if answers and being obtuse, which can annoy the judge1
