Getting a letter from the car park landowner can often be far from simple.
and even if you were successful, it is more than likely that the PPC would ignore it, (but it could be a clincher in court).

I agree but it's a "get out of jail free card" if it goes to court.

This is so unbelievably simple !!! Get a letter from whoever owns the carpark stating you have permission to park there and have had permission to park there on the dates covered in all the parking tickets.

But as the OP has already stated in this case it isn't is it?

Did you not notice the acronym next to that new poster's username? No need to reply to a PPR'd poster.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm not seeing it this morning C-m. But, OP, 'PPR' = 'posting privileges removed'.

a certain poster who ...IMHO was behaving in a way so as to attract the attention of the forum admins has had his/her posting privileges removed and or been banned.

Some times individual posts are removed and that can mean that a thread can be a bit strange.

So hopefully you can get your thread back on track

It's a shame for you OP that the self-styled authority on all things parking has decided to pick on your thread to vent. If you ignore all posts that do not pertain to your situation, you should be OK and now, since the aforementioned poster has had their Posting Privileges Removed (PPR'd), your thread should get back on track.
