Are they interchangeable? Or is one of them better for the requesting of transactions and the other for general account correspondence?

I recommend using  FREEPOST RTHC-XEYA-BCCS  - it's what I use and it works!  It is the address and postcode specified on the form for requesting transactions, so I'd have doubts about using a different address and postcode.

Virgin Money have launched issue 20 of their regular e-saver. As per recent issues it is 1.00% pa and matures on 20/01/2022.

Just done withdrawal leaving a £1 in there.  Money appearing in destination account.

I've gone for the 'close account' option and it arrived nto my nominated external account in seconds.

Is your nominated external account paying more than the 0.50% the Virgin money would earn in the Easy Access account the RS proceeds are being transferred to? It won't be Skipton.

I've transferred the cash in my matured RS 13 to my nominated account but it is showing as uncleared. Any ideas how long it may be sitting here?
