My store 19 came in mid=day....last of the R.S.'s.

OH and I went to the Virgin store yesterday morning to close our issue 19s.  His was in our bank by lunchtime but mine has not arrived yet.

I did the same. I asked them to credit the funds to my VM current account. The funds arrived instantly.

Are they interchangeable? Or is one of them better for the requesting of transactions and the other for general account correspondence?

I recommend using  FREEPOST RTHC-XEYA-BCCS  - it's what I use and it works!  It is the address and postcode specified on the form for requesting transactions, so I'd have doubts about using a different address and postcode.

Virgin Money have launched issue 20 of their regular e-saver. As per recent issues it is 1.00% pa and matures on 20/01/2022.

Just done withdrawal leaving a £1 in there.  Money appearing in destination account.
