I think I know the problem because it wouldn't let me close the account due to pending transactions.  Moved some to a different Virgin account so I think the transfers out of the remainder are stuck behind that until it becomes a cleared transaction.  Lesson learned for the future !

I too transferred some to another VM account so I guess this won't be cleared until tomorrow. Lesson learned indeed!

I too had done a transfer to a different Virgin account so wouldn't let me close the account as that transaction (though the money had gone) was still showing as uncleared.  However it let me withdraw the remaining balance less £1 and was in my nominated account when I checked about 30 minutes later.

My transfer from my maturing regular saver is still not in my nominated account this morning.

I have just spoken to Virgin Money and it appears that it was because I transferred some to a different VM account, thus creating a double transfer. Since the first was uncleared, the second remained pending. It should all be cleared by close of business, 5.00 pm today or at worst 5.00 pm tomorrow.

Just checked, and mine is now in my nominated account arriving some time between 10.00 and 13.15.

Just checked my NatWest transaction record and the VM transfer came in at 12:30 pm yesterday.

This makes it 24 hours from the time I made the payment on Sunday.

Next time I will do it on a weekday and straight from the source account.

Virgin Money Regular eSaver Issue 20 has been withdrawn after only 5 days.  
I'm wondering if the next issue will be lower than 1%.

They are probably regretting the 1.75% on the recent HBC account. We can always hope for a further HBC account

As long as they don't drop the interest rate on their current account, and as long as I can get 1.5% in Regular Savers elsewhere, I can't say I miss their 1% Regular Saver.
