Thanks both, not sure if I'll manage below £400 @beanielou but you never know.

Felt absolutely rotten again today, slept for most of it and still exhausted, hoping I'll still sleep tonight.

Done nothing and spent nothing so at least I've bagged a NSD.

Need to get better as we're going away Monday. Not sure if I've mentioned previously but we've got a caravan holiday booked, we'll be away for a week.

The thought of being well and organised enough to coordinate the packing seems an impossible task but I'm sure we'll get sorted 🤞

    Hello from our holiday 👋

    We made it!

We left all the packing until I woke up this morning, we worked together to sort and then immediately load in to the car then I slept most of the way to our destination 😂

Feeling much better today but have brought plenty of meds to help me power through.

We're just enjoying a bit of fresh air and finding our way around the site then will have our evening meal and relax but I'm so pleased we got here without drama, wasn't convinced over the weekend!

    Thank you both.

I wke up feeling a lot more human today, still have a bit of nagging pain in my upper back that appeared with the virus but it's much more bearable. Sadly DH not too great today. Both of us still taking the meds to try to keep it at bay.

We managed to pop to a local supermarket after breakfast to pick up a few supplies to keep costs down while we're away and DH also picked up a pair of swimming shorts as he'd forgotten to pack any 🙈

The boys managed to pick up a couple of Horrid Henry & Diary of a Wimpy Kid books to add to their collections from a charity book stand by the checkouts, 3 books for £2 using their pocket money. Much better value than the bag of chocolate each they also bought!

Once we got back on site we had a quick lunch then left DH to rest while I took the boys to an outdoor activity which they loved. It's really warm and breezy here so I think it did me a lot of good being out in the fresh air, very reviving 😊

DH was rested enough to be able to take the boys to a pre booked swimming session so while they're there I'm enjoying an hour to myself with a coffee and slice of cake while catching up on here.

No plans this evening, trying not to overdo it so we can get out and about during the rest of our stay so we might just watch a movie in the caravan, already stocked up on popcorn while in the supermarket this morning so a low cost treat to end the day.

    Thank you @ohdearhowdidthathappen x

I'm lots better, at last! DH having a groggy day.

We ended up going for a walk around the site last night to get our bearings and found a new playground to occupy the kids. We also checked out an entertainment venue for half an hour, decided it wan't for us then came back just in time for the boys to go to bed.

We all got up a little later which was a rare treat. After breakfast I took the boys out for a couple of activities (aerial adventure, soft play and football) to give DH a slower start to the day, then came back and made us a simple pasta and sauce with salad for lunch (soft play and football free thank goodness as these places are well set up to try to make you part with your money aren't they)?

DH rallied again to take the boys swimming, they've just got back in. I stayed back to have a break and managed to nab a few Pro!ific surveys, £16 to add to today's PAD.

Everyone's tired so we're going to have a bite to eat then have last night's movie night. We want to go and explore the local area more tomorrow so a chill and decent sleep tonight will do us all good.

Annoyingly the V!nted parcel I sent the other day has been received by the buyer but they are yet to confirm everything is okay, if they do then that's £6 due which would have taken V12 into the £300's, maybe tomorrow 🤞
