A lovely day out today exploring the local area, the weather is a warm and breezy low 20's so ideal for getting out and about, we're very lucky. Took drinks, sandwiches, crisps and fruit with us to keep costs down and then cooked a couple of pizzas when we got back to site.

Bit of a mishap this morning when DH sat at the end of the bed to put his socks on and the bed legs gave way 😂 he seems to have for this lately after a similar thing happened with his home office chair the other week! After we all finished laughing, we reported to reception on our way out of the site and on our return we were pleased to see maintenance had been in and repaired or possibly replaced the bed.

DS1 seems to have picked up a muscular injury in his leg after falling while we were out. He's got a bit of a limp but hopefully nothing too bad, poor thing.

Still no payout from V!nted but a parcel I'd sent and then has been lost by Evr1 for the last month has updated to 'delivered' today so that's a pleasant surprise and will be a few extra £'s once the funds are released.

As there was no extra income to pay off the debt today but I was so close to V12 being at £400, I've sent £3 from my personal spends so that the month can end on a zero.

I'm a little bit upset that the 1st of the month is on Saturday so the monthly debt payments won't show until Monday but at that point the debt total will definitely be in the £3k's!

    Today's PAD £5

  • oooo, sub £400 on V12 and nearly sub £4k on total debt. Fab progress.

Your poor DH 🙈. I’m really bad at laughing when I see that sort of thing, my DH hates it 🫠

Honestly @ohdearhowdidthathappen laughing is always my first reaction, these mishaps just seem to happen to him! I could barely tell reception what had happened when we went to report it as I started laughing again when I told her 😂

DH just rolls with it now, he doesn't have much choice after all these years together, poor thing!

Literally so excited for the debt total hitting the £3k's on Monday, it will take the edge of us packing up the car to go home 😐️

The other £3 came from V!nted this morning so that's been added to today's PAD.

We're having a deliberately lazy morning, all the males are still in bed so I'm on here while listening to Dermot on Radio 2. Once they're up we're having a cooked breakfast/brunch and then will be heading out as the boys have a few activities booked on site this afternoon.
